Injured Temple And Brow Area After Fall, Black Eye, Have Painful Lump. Will It Heal With Time?

I fell on an outside lighting fixture in my landscaped area a month ago just above my left temple and brow area. My eye turned black and blue for a couple of weeks. still have a small lump with pain there. No nauseau, I guess just wait for time to pass for it to heal? Also in fall hit landscape rock and cut about 12 up backside on rib area. Rib still painfull especially at nite

Hi
I suppose you got the relevant investigations done at that time.
In case you have not yet got them done I suggest you get the following investigations done at the earliest:
1. Non contrast CT scan Brain ( To rule any basilar skull fracture or underlying head injury ).
2. X- Ray chest ( To rule out any rib fracture )
Advice:
1. Since you had a cut I suppose you have taken an Injection Tetanus Toxoid at that time.
2.Medications would consist of oral antibiotics ( because of the open injury), non steroidal anti-inflammatory agents tablets and a local antiseptic ointment over the cut.
3. Rest for the rib injury.
