Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

As you have significant injuries involving meniscii and Anterior cruciate ligament avulsion, surgical management is indicated.

Meniscal tears can be repaired or excised based on their location and severity. Avulsed ACL needs surgical reconstruction by arthroscopy.

The general recovery time will be around 4-6 weeks followed by a vigorous rehabilitation programme.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
