Injected Thallium Chloride Dye For Stress Test. Was Not Provided With A Heart Monitor. Collapsed And Died. Possible Connection?

My husband had a t
Thallium Chloride dye injected before and during a stress test on a Monday. He died on Tuesday morning. He wasn't sent home with a heart monitor and he wasn't told to take it easy. He had started to trim some hedges when he collapsed and died. Any possible connection? According to the New England Journal of Medicine there is a major risk.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

A connection is unlikely, since the event happened next day
No monitor or specific advice is given, unless and until after the results are available...
The very purpose of the test is to evaluate ischemia – most likely, he had Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
Only a post mortem could have confirmed the cause...
The treating doctor may have an idea based on his assessment and the situation.

May his soul rest in peace...
