Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Congestive heart failure is a clinical syndrome with a poor prognosis. It is important to diagnose it early (years before) in order to slow its progression.

But, I don't think that a couple of weeks would make any change to his situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist

I have high cholesterol and a family history of heart disease & am 51. What I don t understand is the numbers being close together. My last reading was 119/102.
