An inguinal hernia in a few patients may return back due to a weak abdominal wall. It may not cause dizziness.
It may be due to cardiac or vestibular or neurological problems. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Check your blood pressure and blood sugar. Check your haemoglobin status. get it done ECG and CT brain. use tablet Diligon 25 mg twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
