hi, i have a neonate now 3 weeks old.has bilateral lower limb swelling up to thigh level, tender to touch and slightly warm.No history of fever reported, has normal heart sounds , normal respiration, abdomen and cns exam seem normal.investigations CXR- normal, cbc peripheral films unremarkable,RFTs Cr 0.2, urea 100 ,Na-low,k- hi (5.6), albumin -normal,any ideas...limbs quite tender..thanks nicholas
