Infant Had Thin Skin Over Body Since Birth, Skin Seems To Be Peeling, No Permanent Skin. Medicine For Recovery?

good afternoon sir,A baby about 2 month is affected by skin.When she borns there was no skin on his body.Something just like polythin was on his body.We provide medical treatment but still a thin layer like skin is growing & comming out quickly.A permanent layer is not comming.Is there any medicine which will recover it totally?

I can understand your dilemma. You need to protect your child so that she does not lose much water from the exposed parts. Discuss with your doctor who shall advise some ointments so that the exposed areas are protected. It shall take some time for the layers to grow.
