Increased Heart Rate, Fluctuating Blood Pressure Levels, Body Pain, Sinus Headache. Reason?

I just now took my blood pressure and it read 103/62 with my heart rate at 90 bpm and last night my heart was racing for no apparent reason, however my blood pressure was normal, until I felt panic that my heart rate was 109 bpm then it rose slightly?! I also had the chills as if I had a slight fever? A few days ago I wasn t feeling well with bodyaches and a sinus headache . Could this be the cause?

Hello,

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

Fever could be a cause for tachycardia. Next time if you have such a period then get your temperature measured. If there is fever then it needs to be pulled down to control tachycardia.

If not then it could be due to anxiety. Get your self consulted by a psychiatrist if the symptoms are persisting.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
