In Menopause, Recently Quit Smoking Weed. Unable To Sleep Suggestion?
I have recently (14 days now) quit smoking weed after 30+ yrs. and can not seem to be able to sleep at all, even with sleeping pills. Is this normal and how long will it last? I am also 1yr into menopause which i was told will also make you have sleepless night although was sleeping fine until I quit smoking. Do you have any recommendations?
