In TURP And CPNL Procedures, What Is The Pressure For Irrigation?

In T U R P and C P N L procedures what is the pressure for Irrigation required by a surgeon? I wish to know this because we have developed a machine that has both Suction Cum Irrigation Facility. Secondly, I also wish to know that what sort of a bacterial filter should be given to ensure sterility of the Irrigation liquid?
