Immense Pain In Upper Calf, Difficulty In Bending, Feels Tender To Touch. Any Ideas?

I have to diagnose a Biology teachers symptoms for class I was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas. Emmence amount of pain in upper calf unable to bend ankle or knee or pain would be worse no redness, no swelling , no bruising tender to touch did not injure in any way by falling ect fine one day and woke up in pain the next not itchy but could be part of the symptom

Hi,
This could possibly be a deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Although there is often some swelling associated with a DVT it doesn't always occur. All the other symptoms are often found in a DVT.
