What Do I Do About Bleeding With Clots That Has Reduced To Spotting After Taking Duphaston And Daflon At 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy With Twins?

I m pregnant with 8 weeks with twins and having severe bleeding and clots but in ultrasound everything is fine heartbeat of both fetuses also there I m suggested by my Dr to take duphaston and daflon but yet spotting is there what to do... To stop bleeding...

Hi,

If USG scan is normal and bleeding has reduced with Duphaston. It seems to be threatened abortion, due to deficiency of progesterone (Duphaston). You should start taking complete bed rest. Continue with Duphaston as per doctor's advice. Have a consultation of your doctor for maintenance dose.
