hello doctor i have medium dark skin i would like improve my skin color can tell me treatment procedures

There is no way one can change skin color. Tan can be reduced. Hair on face can be bleached to make one look a bit fairer , but dries and damages the skin in the long run.
Try to improve ur skin texture, it will give u confidence. A clear skin is much better then a fair skin with problems.
