Im 21 years old. I have 1 daughter. this morning i got miscarriage for my 2nd baby. and it is suppose to be my 9weeks today. I was just curious what are the causes for miscarriage. my first day of last menstrual period was January 7, 2010. then during last week of january I was diagnosed to have a UTI. and not having an idea of pregnant my Urologist prescribed me to drink Inoflox 400mg for 5days once a day. then during 2nd - 3rd week of February got stomach cramps and had a fever... but i didnt had an pregnancy test that time so i didn't mind the cramps i was thinking that I will expect my menstrual period... then during march there is still no menstrual period so got my pregnancy test it turn out to be possitive. this march 13 in the morning i already got miscarriage... I already got my ultrasound this afternoon and the result was 1.) The uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogenous myometrium. 2.) There are no myometrial masses seen. 3.) The cervix is closed and homogenous 4.) The endometrium is thick and heterogenous probably due to retained products of conception and/or blood/blood clots. 5.) The right ovary is lateral to the uterus and contains a thick-walled cystic structure measuring 2.0x1.7cm suggestive of corpus luteum. 6.) The left ovary os posterior to the uterus and contains follicles. 7.)There are no adnexal masses seen this scan 8.) There is no fluid in the cul de sac.
