It doesn;t come naturally as it should, but this is only after about 9 pm At the moment i m starting to feel it again, and it s like i feel i m not taking in as much as i should with each breath, and now i m starting to feel a little light headed and have a slight tingling sensation in my forearms upper lip what could cause this and should i see a doctor?
