For the last week or so I ve been struggling to breathe in the evening and at night when trying to sleep, and on occasion I ve realised after about 5 seconds that i;m not breathing and have to make a conscious effort to breathe. It doesn;t come naturally as it should, but this is only after about 9 pm At the moment i m starting to feel it again, and it s like i feel i m not taking in as much as i should with each breath, and now i m starting to feel a little light headed and have a slight tingling sensation in my forearms upper lip what could cause this and should i see a doctor?
hello dear. If this is something that u have been suffering from in the past then, it looks like paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnoea, so kindly visit a physician.
