Hello,

I recommend taking ibuprofen 400mg twice daily, to help reduce inflammation. Furosemide can help reduce the swelling in case of increased fluid retention. Anyway, it is necessary performing some tests including inflammation tests, uric acid plasma levels, FR, kidney and liver function tests, in order to determine the causes underlying this condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
