General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You need investigations (USG, pelvis, thyroid test, CBC blood test, hormonal testing) to find cause of your delayed periods. This will allow specific treatment for your menstrual cause. Present digestive problem can follow digestive disorders which need a separate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
