I Have Too Much Body Hair. How To Remove?

I m a girl, and I have too much body hair . Enough said... on legs and arms it s not a problem because I wax it off (with minimal pain), but for pubic region, waxing hurts so much I can hardly take the pain. Shaving doesn t work cuz it leaves razor burn, itchiness, and stubble. I feel like there are no other options... do any girls have suggestions on how they clean up ? By the way, does anyone have methods of reducing pain while waxing??

Hi Larisa,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. I am sure this is a great worry for you. You can try the following tips for yourself while removing pubic hair. Try an trim your pubic hair short with scissors before shaving .This can make hair removal much easier and safe. You can check for depilatory creams which are safe to use in the pubic area.Use a generous amount of moisturizing shave cream or lotion wherever you will be removing pubic hair.Use a new, sharp blade every time. Wish you good health.

well, first shave it downwards with the grain to make the hair shorter and minimize it making a rash by pulling the hair when u actually shave. Use ALOT of shave gel, or put soap on a sponge and rub it till its foamy, apply the soap on the area, and rub it with ur hand, itl make a thick cream just like shave gel. then shave sideways, right to left and then left to right going VERY slowly, your trying to not pull the hairs. then shave up, and then diagonaly. it might rash but after a few weeks the rashing will go down alot, always keep it shaved and dont let it grow back. put on lotion when you get out of the shower.

hi Larissa, mmm well first of all if u are gone a use any method u should clean the area (get rid all the grease from the skin), after that u need to exfoliate the area (several ways, maybe a exfoliating mask; or natural sponge or sugar or ground coffe, not soluble), and all this in a hot bath or in the shower, this helps to open the pore and the hair get out easily, and after thar follow the tecnique for epilation wax, the quality of the wax and de pieces of fabric it`s importan also before that u should trim ur pubic hair to 1 cm of long this will helpyou. try to do small areas and pull it really strong and use a thin layer of wax,.
