nothing un-usual, sometimes women do have longer inner lips at vegina.

The flesh you saw hanging out near vaginal opening is the tag of hymen which covers the vaginal opening with a small opening in it. You need not worry about the extra tag It will remain as it is in size You can get it resected if you feel so after losing your virginity.
