I Have Persistent Pain In My Lower Belly

Last night I woak up about 2:30 and I had very very painful cramps/pain in my lower belly. I literally had to bend down to ease the pain just a little my legs were starting to shake with the amount of pain it was like, I then had a force to go to the toilet and I did a massive poo and while doing it the pains became sharp pains near the girly area... I then finished in the toilet and felt a little better but still had no sleep because I was still in a little pain now from 8 o'clock to this time now I've had shooting pains in the lower stomach and can't really sit down as it hurts a lot, what's wrong with me and Thankyou for reading!

According to your history there might be acute gastroenteritis like infective condition or ulcerative lesion.....
Possibility of diverticulitis, bacterial overgrowth also can be there....

You should consult physician for examination...
Investigate with USG and CBC....

According to cause specific treatment given

Probiotic tablet and antibiotic like ciprofloxacin and metronidazole might prescribed
Along with for suspecting ulcer lesion pantoprazole prescribed along with...
Take rest
Warm compress can be applied
Take small meal with frequent interval
