Hi,

It sounds like you are experiencing some concerning symptoms. Bright red blood after using the toilet could indicate bleeding from the rectum or anus, which can be caused by various conditions, including hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or inflammatory bowel disease. If you have a history of hemorrhoids, it's possible that the bleeding is related to this condition, particularly if you've been experiencing constipation and straining.

However, it's also concerning that you've noticed a faint trace of blood on your pelvic floor exerciser. This suggests that you may be experiencing vaginal bleeding, which could be related to a vaginal prolapse or another condition affecting your reproductive system. I would recommend that you make an appointment to see your healthcare provider as soon as possible. They can examine you and determine the cause of your symptoms. Depending on their findings, they may recommend additional testing or refer you to a specialist for further evaluation.

In the meantime, try to avoid straining during bowel movements by increasing your fiber intake, staying hydrated, and taking breaks to move around if you have a sedentary job. You may also want to avoid using your pelvic floor exerciser until you've been evaluated by a healthcare provider.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
