I Have Had Chest Pain After Quiting Smoking

I have had chest pain after quiting smoking. it radiated to my back. Is it consider a heart attack? I quit smoking my I say 3 weeks ago. I started taking someting called Chantix. I wonder if it has anything to do with it. I read the insert but it says nothing. My pain goes from my chest and at the same moment to my back both on the left side. I have never went to the E.R or called anyone because I have no Idea what acid reflux feel like or heart burn what ever. I need help.
