I Have A Lump In My Breast That Gives Out A Yellow Discharge

i recently noticed a lump on my nipple that hasnt been there before and i was getting a yellowish discharge from my nipple not to long ago the doctor thought it was from one of my medications because a side effect is lactating but breast cancer runs in my family thats what makes me think its not good and ive never had children and am not pregnant

Discharge from the nipple could have numerous causes, commonly duct ectasia. Since Breast cancer runs in your family, you may get a mammography/biopsy done to confirm according to your Surgeon's advise. Kindly list the drugs you are taking presently as some drugs cause milk secretion as a complication.
