hi, about 4 days ago I was moving a 8 ft ladder and a caulking gun with a full tube fell on the top of my head. now I have a headache that won t go away and some pressure have taken b c powders to help out headache

as 4 days are passed after the injury,& no abnormal thing has occured,the headache will go gradually.
if headache persists,then you will have to undergo CT SCAN.
