Read your prob, mucus like discharge from vagina during pregnancy is occured due to any kind of infection,it may be due to urinary infection. you should get CBC n urine analysis. consult with your doc n start proper treatment. do not worry this is curable.

In pregnancy mucus like discharge is normal. EXCEPT when it is associated with itching, burning, back ache or urine problem,you should consult a Gynac & take treatment
If there are no such problem. you just need to prevent infection by maintaining good vaginal hygine.
