SGOT and SGPT can be elevated in Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease or Viral hepatitis. You will need to do tests to determine presence of HBsAg antigen and associated antibodies, HAV, HCV antibodies. Are you taking any medication. You can have low fat diet which will do. Avoid eating old stale nuts. Mild elevation of SGOT and SGPT are fine, only 3 times above normal is significant.
