I feel stress in my chest. My pulse rate 60-65. Is it OK?

My heart rate is slow and the doctor said that with some people 60-65 pulse rate is normal. But I feel stress in my chest, especially if I pick up something heavy, I'm short of breath at times and most of all I don't feel well. I have had the electric cardo gram and that where I got the 60-65 heart rate. Next month i'm going for the stress test. I feel there is something defentely going on with my heart, I'm not the type to make something out of nothing, plus I don't feel well. Do you think there could be more going on with my heart.

Dear sirs, i m 30 years old male, and i was having high pulse rate ( sinus tachycardia ) , which was mainly caused by stress and anexiety My pulse at home was in the range of 90 - 100 bpm , but in the doctor clinic it goes up to 120 Bpm as i feel versy stressed at doctors clinic. so i did full check up on heart , and the Holter moniter showed a blood pressure average 130 - 80 and pulse rate 94 bpm the doctor told me that the heart is fine and valves are ok , but he prescrived me a beta blocker to calm the heart down: half pill of Nebivolol 5 mg,and after i used the medication the pulse became in the range 70 - 80 bpm and i play regular sports and i feel i have bettter energy The problem is that although my pulse is normal , but still till now when I go to doctors it goes up to 110 bpm , but once I leave the doctor office its back to normal. Does my case require surgical intervention ?? or beta blocker is enough? And when does surgery would be needed Thanks a lot for your help and support . Best regards, Sherif el kaissy

Hello! I have problems with stress and anxiety. My heart is beating very irregulery, it misses beats and feel fluttery in my chest. Sometimes I get dizzy and at night when I feel my pulse I can feel it stoping for a few seconds before it starts beating normally again. I have had han 24 hour ECG and loads of blood test. They all showed normal. Should I trust the doctors on not testing my further? I m afraid they didn t catch my episodes on the test. I am a 20 year old girl. 170 cm and 73 kg. I am swedish so I might write in a bit of a strange way.

I've had many CAT scans and heart moniters in the past to find out if there are any coronary issues. All thats been found is SVT. Sometimes it's better than others but on a more frequent basis my heart seems to pound pretty hard. The actual lub beat feels like it's going to pound out of my chest and I'm just sitting down. Many times this leads to panic and shortness of breath. I've been told there is nothing I can do about it. Does this mean I have a higher probability of heart failure? How can I control my heart pace? Are there any techniques other than breath control?

My daughter was in the hospital this week with blood pressure 200/148. she was there for two days and they sent her home with 148/98. She was taking 10 mg lisinopril and said to take two. She has monitored her blood pressure and the lower number keeps going up. It is now 148/119. She has no chest pains, shortness of breath, etc. They said the high pressure was due to a combination of meds particularly with phenylephrine. She also takes Keppra and Flonaise.
Does she need to go to emergency or can she wait to see if her blood pressure stablizes. thank you.

My daughter is 32 weeks pregnant. For the past couple of weeks, she has been experiencing shortness of breath, chest/rib pain and feeling really tired. Yesterday it was discovered she has a heart murmur. She has never had cardiac problems up to now. She was told to go home and "just lay around and do nothing" until an echo can be done next week to determine how strong her heart is at this time. How dangerous is this condition to her and the baby?

I'm 33 years old with low blood pressure every time I get it checked. The low blood pressure has been going on for years. I just thought I normally have low blood pressure. It was 92/50 las time it was checked. I am 5'2" 165lbs. I gained 15lbs with my pregnancy. My delivery lasted 33 hours and was very stressful. I have loridosis, back pain, heat sensations in my left leg, chest pain and shortness of breath. I just recently went to get checked out by the doctor about dizzy spells and my heart stopping and rapidly starting back. I was diagnosed with RBBB. I'm really scared, because I can feel that my heart is not working like it should. I have a lot of stress with family matters and I would say since I was 13 I've had ongoing high anxiety. I know that is not healthy. What would you say are the reasons that I have RBBB.
