I am physically fit. Noticing rapid growing in body hair. What treatment should be done?

Iam 39 now and do not have any medical problems like BP .cholestol, Blood sugar . i excercise for 1 hour 4 time s a week and fit , offlate i have been noticing rapid grying in chest hair even hair on my arms whats little embrassing is i have observed grying in my pubic hair as well .. i shave my chest and pubic hair once in 2 months is that the reason for rapid greying??

No, shaving will not cause greying. note if u have any redness or itching after you shave. it might be because of the age.
