I read your last post... But does this seem normal? I mean I was used to working at sit down office jobs alot an this is my 1st job where I have to do alot of moving and walking... I heard that people working in retail do loose alot of weight. Can that be true? I just thought for working in retail for only 3months and I lost 17 lbs was a big weight loss
. Went from 155 to 138. I actually still eat alot because I work in the mall so I am always tempted to eat at one of the restaurants in the mall when I go on break which I usually do. My diet consist of alot of chinese food and sometimes pizza and baked ziti. I usually eat these things daily from restaurants in the mall. Also my height is 5'5 and I was looking at weight charts for different heights and it said that 138 is the right weight size for my height. Is that correct. Since I lost weight it seems as if im loosing my appetite and Im not hungry as much. I wanted to find a way to gain weight. I just want to set a diet plan
