I Am 36 Weeks Pregnant And Having Contractions Every 10 Minutes

i am 18 years old this is my 1 child i am 36 weeks and 4 days long i have mild preeclampsia a short cervix and i am dilated 4cmi am having strong contractions every 10 mins that last about 2 mins each during these contractions it feels like te baby is trying to push out what should i do

Please don't wait too long as probably you are in labour & need to get to a hospital immediately.The Gynaec or the ER people will check & do the needful.Please go to a hospital ASAP.
