try following life style modification
quit tobacco use in any form if you are using it including
passive smoking,
limit your alcohol intake if you are taking ,
say NO to any type of addiction .
adopt
DASH diet means
take law salt , high fibre diet , take more amount of green leafy vegetables , fresh fruits ,
avoid
saturated fat foods like fried foods , junk foods
restrict salt intake
take more amount of almond, walnut , sea fish
avoid dhee , cheese , butter , red meat , organ meat
Exercise
do regular walking at least 30 -40 min /day
you can do swimming also
do yogas , pranayams
go for walk in nature
have pet
control your anger
if still on higher side then you need to take medicine
