Hypertensive, on medicines. Ways to reduce blood pressure without medicines?

Does mastrubation causes increase in blood pressure??what are the best ways to reduce my blood pressure...My name is Jithesh...I m 23 yr old..weight 69kg..height BP readings last time taken was 130/ BP reading when detected was 170/90..after that I consulted doctor..I ve kidneys tests and MRA problems were detected..I have tablets regularly...kindly suggest me some ways to reduce my BP without taking medicines...I lost my Merchant Navy job due to this reason..please help

try following life style modification

quit tobacco use in any form if you are using it including passive smoking,
limit your alcohol intake if you are taking ,
say NO to any type of addiction .

adopt DASH diet means
take law salt , high fibre diet , take more amount of green leafy vegetables , fresh fruits ,
avoid saturated fat foods like fried foods , junk foods
restrict salt intake
take more amount of almond, walnut , sea fish
avoid dhee , cheese , butter , red meat , organ meat

do regular walking at least 30 -40 min /day
you can do swimming also
do yogas , pranayams
go for walk in nature

have pet

control your anger

if still on higher side then you need to take medicine
take care
