( i had taken tramadoul 50 mg for this pain ). i want to know what is the right way to get relief from body pain & sleepness which i suffering from 15 days.
Yes, it's always not easy to get rid of this syrup however it's always possible and I will encourage you should fight now to get rid of this.
The first thing you should have not quit it suddenly you might have stopped it by gradually reducing the dose like reducing one ml every week.
For the pain, Tramadol is not a good choice as it is addictive. You should use paracetamol for the pain.
For sleep, you better try sleep hygiene first. That is fixed sleep time, no disturbance, no light, no coffee or alcohol late night, avoid TV or computers late. This may help you sleep better.
There may be little problems in all this but try to bear it somehow. It's temporary and you may be feeling well soon.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
