I am happy to address your questions, corex dx and corex syrup composition is that each 5 ml of both have chlorpheneramine Maleate IP 4mg , one has dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10mg and the other has codeine phosphate IP 10mg. Common side effects are muscle spasticity, respiratory failure, abdominal pain, weakness, dizziness and fall. Hope I have answered your query.
