hello doctor, my name is vani i am 30 year female my height is 5'2'' and weight is 146 lbs. recently one month back i had a severe problem with mt voice. i usually teach music to kids. suddenly my voice completely became hoarseness and lost my voice. went to an ENT and he told i had vocal nodules developed on both cords in the first visit and sent me to speech theraphist. but she told some warming up excercises and asked me to sing as i did the same i started worsening. so i completely stopped singing and talked very minimum. now i month have passed i got my voice clearly some what better but when i sing i am ahaving some pain. in my 2 visit to ENT he told i had musculoskeletal tension didorder and i am trying to change my speech theraphist looking for a appointment. will my nodules ever go away???? how about my musculoskeletal tension didorder? i started chewing gum think it ios helping me alot. preveiously when i used to talk for 5 to 10 min i used to get pain. now with chewing i am not getting that pain. MY ENT told that i got nodules because of talking but not singing. why isthat like that? i stopped completely singing for 1 month but my nodule dint go away !! is that becaz of that? can i start singing ? help me
