Sir, I am 58 years old man and speak loudly. Since last 6/7 days I have sour throat due high pitch of voice as had to take classes and addressed the students without a mike. Yesterday, I consulted an ENT Specialist and after checking and going through Laryngoscopy he diagnosed that there is Vocal Nodule on LT Cord and On account of this I am facing problem of full volume of voice. Please suggest me proper treatment either in Homeopathy or Alapothy. Sujash Raha sujashraha @ WWW.WWWW.WW

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

First and foremost treatment is vocal rest. Vical therapy may useful. If no improvement may need phonomicrosurgery. So please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you with the right treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
