How To Treat The 3-inch Lump Above The Pelvic Bone & Toward The Stomach?
My nephew has a 3-inch lump on above his left pelvic bone & toward his stomach. It does not hurt him as much now but he still has tenderness towards his stomach. About 10 days ago he was longboarding & he fell & hit it hard against a curb. The bruise is almost gone but the lump is pretty hard & long.

I would suggest you to get ultrasound examination of the lump to see if it is blood collection or any hard mass. It can be a infected mass also. Then treatment will depend according to structure of the mass.
