How To Treat Swollen Scrotal Lymph Inguinal Node And White Patches?

I have a swollen lymph inguinal node and white patches on my foreskin /scrotum/shaft. The skin has been white for 3 years+ however the lump is relatively recent 8 months or so.

Could this be penile cancer? I'm 24 years old and I am worried about this.

Hello
Thanks for query .

White patches on foreskin ,shaft of the penis are strongly suggestive of Ballanitis Xerotica Obliterance (BXO)which is a variant of Lichen Planus .

It is a progressive disease and unfortunately there is no satisfactory treatment invented so far .

Using steroid crem does help to prevent further progress of the disease .

Please note that it is not a Penile cancer .
