How To Treat Severe Spinal Canal Stenosis?

I am 33 years old and have had an MRI done for severe back ache that started a few months ago. A CT scan indicated severe spinal canal stenosis, and an MRI done on my lumbar spine now has revealed moderately large right central disc protusion at L1/2 with potential compromise to the right L2 nerve root, moderate central cana stenosis at L 1/2 and L 3/4 and mild canal stenosis at L2/3 and L4/5.

Theer is also mild generalised spondylitic changes superimposed upon a developmentally narrow lumbar canal. What are the prognosis?

Does this require ongoing treatment and what type of treatment? Thank you in advance?
