Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that you have a deeply infected tooth which has involved the nerves and blood vessels present in the centre of tooth in a small chamber known as "Pulp Chamber"

The infection can progress from the pulp chamber via root canals to the region below the root apex of tooth leading to formation of pus and when there is no escape way for pus to discharge it causes pressure over the nerve fibres in that area causing pain..

In case if you take painkillers also but until the pus is drained out the pressure on nerve fibres will not reduce and thus the pain will persist..

You should visit the dentist immediately and get the Root canal treatment done so that the pus is drained out and the root canals are cleaned and thus relieving you..

By the time you can take Antibiotics like Amoxicillin 500mg thrice daily or augmentin 625mg thrice daily along with heavy painkillers like Tramadol to relieve but complete and permanent relief can be attained only after treatment of tooth..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
