Having extreme pain on very last molar on left side. Taking ibuprofen and Tylenol and nothing is helping. At this point it's not only the site of tooth hurting its now the whole timeline on that side. Ibuprofen and Tylenol not even taking the edge off of pain. I am absolutely miserable. Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Well, it looks like either you have a deeply decayed molar and in case of the pain is related to the wisdom tooth then it can be inflamed gum flap over the wisdom tooth causing Pericoronitis..
Pain on the entire side is due to radiating pain from the tooth ..
For confirmation of the exact cause of pain you should consult an Oral Physician and get a clinical examination done.
An x ray has to be done to check for decay or if it is due to wisdom tooth whether it is impacted or not..
In case of tooth decay, Root canal treatment or extraction has to be done followed by antibiotics like Augmentin and anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen.
For Pericoronitis irritation of the area with antiseptic solution and a course of antibiotics and painkillers can reduce inflammation, Infection and pain..
As for now it pain is not relieving with Ibuprofen and Tylenol you can take stronger painkillers like Tramadol or Ketorolac..
Do cool compresses over the cheek.
Do warm saline gargle..

Hope you get better soon..

Regards.
