HI, I recently had a seizure and in the process I fell off my loft bed, which is 4 and 1/2 feet off the ground. Now I have a very bad pain in the upper middle of my back and it isn't painful to the touch but it is excruciatingly painful in most positions that I move, and increasingly when I walk and and it feels as though the pain is inside my body. I was wondering if it was possible to bruise my vertebrae or something and what can I do to fix it?
