How To Treat Severe Migraine?

I am 19 and have been suffering from a severe migraine since Friday May 13, 2011 and got my blood pressure taken for the first time today Sunday May 15, 2011 it was 140/81 with a heart rate of 73 which is now at 84. My family does have a history with high blood pressure
