How To Treat Sciatica In Both Legs?

I have sciatica in both legs all the way from my but all the way to my ankles. It is the most pain full pain I ever felt in my life. It has ruined my guality of life I am suffering. I also have spinal stenosis. Please tell me what can be done about the pain. I cannot take any more pills that do not work.

Hi,
If you have tried many types of pain-killers and have not gained any benefit then I suggest you may be at the stage to consider surgery for your back. You could also do exercises to build up your back muscles to support your back better. Keep active with low impact exercise if possible such as swimming or cycling.
However, I feel you will likely need to see a back surgeon to discuss the surgical options.
