recently i had a life threatening accident....car breaking at a high speed and overturns hitting a pole, and running off the road. we did not sustain any phisical injuries. at first i happened to look normal and really behaved normal. but on rachig home, about 12 hours later my heart started racing and pumping as if it would burst in a few seconds. i failed sleep was something that i could afford as weird dreams came as soon as i got sleep. i couldnt afford any sound even watching a movie. worst of it all i was sweating like hell and developed a running stomach at least for a full day. could all this be effects of the accident or something else since am also scared i got involved with unknown HIV status girl and condom broke during sex and i think for a full minute. thank you in advance for your response.

you are having post traumatic stress disorder which is easily treatable. it can be easily treated by some antianxiety drugs like buspiron. you should visit a psychiatrist as these drugs are not available without prescription.you NEED a tablet of clonazepam to calm down and normalize your heart beat. you are not having hiv as very rare chances their. you can go for blood test. which will be negative surely. so don't worry. hope my answer is helpful and thankful to you. have a healthy and happy life. take care
