Hi Doc,
I am married for 13 years, having 2 children. I am suffering with Premature ejaculation ever since I got married. Please advise me any good doctor at Dubai & Sharjah (UAE) to consult, and also suggest me over the counter pills. I could not control anxiety & excitement in my sex.

Your premature ejaculation seems to result from anxiety which you have during intercourse. It is the anxiety which needs to be treated to treat PME. If you don't have any other problem just anxiety before sex then you can take Tablet Clonazepam 0.25 mg before sexual intercourse.
