How To Treat Piles?

Hi,I AM SUMON FROM BANGLADESH,I AM 30 YEARS OLD,5-6",72 KG,FROM LAST 8 OR 9 MONTHS, I AM SUFFERING PILES PROBLEM,AT FIRST IT WAS LIKE A SMALL PEAS ,EXTERNAL ANAL! SOMETIME BOILS ARISES ,CAUSES IRRITATING!SOME HOMEOPATH MEDICINE TAKEN,BUT NOT WORKING, IS THERE ANY MEDICINE TO GET RID FROM THIS?

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from external Hemorrhoids or External piles and it occurs when there is inflammation and swelling in the veins present in the anus..
It can occur due to causes like Obesity, chronic constipation or Diarrhea, pregnancy,anal child birth,diabetes etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and investigations like Anoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine along with steroid ointment..
You should apply cool compresses over the area..
You should also take a high fibre diet along with stool softeners like Docusate and laxatives to ease in stool evacuation as it will prevent inflammation..
In case of no resolution you can be advised to go for treatments like Sclerotherapy, Cryotherapy and rubber band ligation..
In case of no improvement you can go for Hemorrhoidectomy that is surgical removal of hemorrhoids..
