How To Treat Painful Lump On Shin Bone?

I fell on my shin bone three weeks ago while climbing the stairs. My entire body weight fell on the right shin which hit the edge of the stair. It bruised but the bruise has since gone and I am left with a lump in its place which is painful to touch. I am pregnant so I m not sure what can be done to diagnose this.

Hi
Thanks for writing your query
After going through the brief description of yours. It is most likely a subperiosteal /soft tissue haematoma that is collection of blood. My advice would be ice fomentation, ibuprofen and trypsin to reduce pain and swelling. Thrombophob ointment for local application.
Hope this information helps you. If the problem persists see a doctor.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
