How To Treat Nausea?

I had serious trouble waking up at my normal time this morning, have been very tired all day (trouble keeping my eyes open), had to lay down on my break and have been nauseous and vomited twice. no fever. I possibly may have conceived last week, but I feel like it is early for pregnancy symptoms.

Please first confirm your pregnancy by doing a urine pregnancy test as early as possible. Once confirmed start doxinate tablets three times a day.
