I have this problem of Migraine headaches every year just before winter starts, my right side of the forehead starts paining when the sun rises and the pain diminishes by evening. When I was in home in India i used to take Sinus 77 and it used to give me relief from the pain and after few days the headache used to go, but now currently i am in Africa and do not have my tablets as well. so please can you give me some simple home remedies.
