How To Treat Itchy,white Kind Of Thing Under Penile Fore Skin?

i have broken my leg and it is plastered nw...due to the plaster i was nt able to have bath from last 20 days though i daily had spon bath.i hav just noticed that i have white sticky kind of this under my foreskin of penis and it is lil bit itchy.wat shud i do?hw to clean it off?is anything serious?

Hi,

The white material you find underneath prepuce is smegma. If your cleansing is not proper it may remain sticked there. It may irritate you. And that is why you get itching.And secondary bacterial infection and ccandidal infection may occur leading to balanoposthitis. Long term contact of smegma is dangerous. It is considered carcinogenic. So, it may lead to cancer of penis. So take the smegma seriously. Cleanse the prepucial skin and glans penis with diluted dettol liquid. And keep the skin clean always. If you have itching, you may take antihistaminic like levocetirizine. You may apply antibiotic and anti fungal cream also. I hope you got my answer.
